Michele Chase is the Managing Director of Human Resources, Worldwide who oversees employee relations, staffing, and employee development, as well as other human resource functions.
 
Michele served as the US Managing Director of Human Resources since early 2006.  Prior to joining Burson-Marsteller, she headed up Human Resources for Financial Dynamics. She was also the head of Human Resources and Artist Relations for Windup records, was a Director of HR for USA Cable, Inc. and had worked at the sports management group IMG, where her career in HR began.
 
Michele graduated with a degree in Business Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
